Legal compliance
152-FZ «On Personal Data»
For each purpose we rely on a legal basis provided by law. Where consent is required, we obtain it separately. Acceptance of the offer and consents at sign-up, as well as purchase terms, are recorded with the document revision and a hash of its text.
Personal data operator
The personal data operator is sole proprietor (IP) Andrey Vladimirovich Trofimov. Details and contacts are in the «Documents and details» section below.
Data stored in Russia
Servers and the database are hosted within Russia (required by Part 5 of Art. 18 of 152-FZ).
Payments via YooKassa
Card data never reaches our servers — payment processing and PCI DSS compliance are handled by the payment provider.
Data protection
Encrypted connection
The connection to the service is secured over HTTPS/TLS.
Backups
Daily backups of the database.
Photo metadata
We remove metadata (EXIF) from published dog and litter photo files: the image is re-compressed before upload.
Kennel isolation
Each kennel's data is logically isolated from others (multi-tenant).

Access control
Kennel roles
A kennel's data can be managed by the account owner and the authorised users they invite — within the assigned roles and the plan's limits.
Public vs private
You decide what appears on the public kennel Showcase. Turning publication off stops your Showcase materials from being shown. Independent Registry records are handled separately; information about people is disclosed only on an appropriate legal basis.
Right to deletion
On your request we close the account and delete the associated personal data in the manner and within the timeframes set by the Data Processing Policy and the law.
Frequently asked questions
- Who can see my contacts?
- Contact details are shown only where you have explicitly made them public. By default they are hidden from the public page.
- Do you sell my data?
- No. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- What happens to my data after I cancel?
- The end of a paid subscription does not by itself delete data: what is available in the free mode can be read and exported. When the account is closed or the agreement ends, you get at least 30 days to export, after which data is deleted as set out in the Data Processing Policy and the agreement.
- Can I hide a dog or a litter from the public page?
- Yes. Every record has a publication toggle. Turning publication off stops your Showcase materials from being shown. Independent Registry records are handled separately; information about people is disclosed only on an appropriate legal basis.
